How it works

From the day you book to the day they leave

Four moments, the same whether you rent or rent to own. Laundry Now does the lifting, the hookups and the repairs.

  1. Before the day

    You choose a plan and a delivery day

    Rent from $59 a month, or rent to own over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. The plan you pick sets the price, not a commitment. Then choose the day and a three-hour window that suits you.

    • No card, and no payment details. There is nothing to pay at this stage and no deposit at any stage.
    • Delivery is $59 and installation $39, each paid once with your first month, inside 20 driving miles of us. Farther out delivery costs more for the drive, and you see the exact amount the moment you enter your address.
    • You tell us where the machines go and whether the dryer is electric or gas. Not sure is a fine answer. The crew checks on the day.

  2. Delivery day

    We carry them in, connect them and run them with you

    Our crew brings the washer and the dryer, connects both to your existing hookups, levels them and runs a cycle while you watch. Nothing is left for you to do.

    • Someone 18 or over needs to be home for the window, and the path to the laundry area clear.
    • Only when you say you are happy does a payment link reach your phone. It takes the first month and saves the card for the months after.
    • If you do not like the set, it goes back on the trailer and a different one comes out. You pay nothing.

  3. While you rent

    Repairs are ours, for as long as you have them

    The same amount comes out on the same day each month, and that is the whole cost. If something stops working, we fix it or swap the machine.

    • No service call fee and no parts charges, ever.
    • Moving house? Tell us and we move the set with you.
    • Text us at (216) 372-1604 and you reach the person who will turn up.

  4. How it ends

    We collect them, or they are yours

    Renting: whenever you are finished, tell us and we come and take the machines away at no charge. Rent to own: after the last payment they are simply yours, with nothing more to pay and nothing to give back.

    • Renting runs month to month from the day it is installed. Nothing locks you in, and the monthly price does not change if you keep it longer or give it back sooner than the plan you picked.
    • Book the pickup whenever you are ready; billing stops the day they leave.

Our promise

You don't pay a dime until it's running

We deliver both machines, connect them, and run them with you. Only when you say you are happy do we take the first month. If you do not like the set, it goes back on the trailer and we bring you another, at no charge.
