Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Laundry Now is the trading name of Meridian Digital LLC, a Colorado company based in Denver. These Terms of Service cover your use of rentlaundrynow.com, your online account, and the text messages and emails we send you.

Renting a washer and dryer set is governed by the Rental Agreement or the Rent-to-Own Agreement you accept when you book. If these terms and that agreement say different things, the agreement wins.

2. Booking on the site

When you book, give us accurate details: your name, the delivery address, your email address and your mobile number. We confirm every booking by email.

No card is taken on this site. You pay nothing until your machines are installed and running, and the prices shown before you book are the prices you pay. We may decline or cancel a booking we cannot serve, for example an address outside our delivery area, and we will tell you if we do.

3. SMS Terms

Program name: Laundry Now booking and delivery texts, sent by Meridian Digital LLC.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on our booking form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive texts from Laundry Now about your booking: a confirmation, a link to your account, a reminder the day before delivery, a text when the crew is on the way, the payment link once your machines are installed, payment notices, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency varies; most customers get a few messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop, reply STOP to any of our texts and you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START. For help, reply HELP, call or text (216) 372-1604, or email finn.r.rourke@gmail.com.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Texting is not required to rent from us. You can also book by phone.

4. Your online account

Your account is opened with the email address on your booking and a password you choose. Keep the password to yourself; anything done in your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has it, change it, or tell us and we will sign every device out.

Requests you make in your account, such as a pickup, a repair or a change of plan, are requests to us. Nothing changes until we confirm it by email or text.

5. Using the site

The words and pictures on this site belong to Meridian Digital LLC. Do not copy them, and do not use the site to break the law or to interfere with how it works.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always either. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Colorado law.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and using the site after that date means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
